We are seeking a skilled Full-stack developer to collaborate on cutting-edge AI research and commercial applications.

  • This role involves developing and optimizing AI models with clean, efficient code.
  • Evaluate performance through benchmarking and response ranking.
  • Fine-tune models using high-quality datasets (SFT, RLHF).
  • Ensure quality via code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Knowledge of Node.js or NestJS and a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Background in modular development, scalable architectures, testing, and security best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of Docker.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
