Future AI Engineer - A Role Overview:

You are invited to build the future of artificial intelligence while collaborating with leading companies in the US. We seek full-stack engineers who love solving complex problems, writing clean code, and experimenting with the latest AI innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize AI models using efficient production-ready code.
  • Evaluate performance by testing and ranking model outputs.
  • Fine-tune models with datasets for SFT and RLHF.
  • Raise the bar with code reviews, testing, and clear documentation.
  • Innovate by shaping new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Skilled with Docker.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain their work effectively in English.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Hands-on experience with large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning).
  • A background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
