Lead AI Developer

The role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of large language models and AI applications.

We seek an experienced professional with a strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks.

Prior experience with RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) based AI solutions is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of language models, vector databases, and embedding techniques.

Evaluate and implement different embedding models and chunking strategies.

Candidates should also have experience in applying advanced fine-tuning methods such as Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), Quantized LoRA (QLoRA), and Pattern-Exploiting Training (PET).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools is required.

Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications.

This role requires technical leadership and mentorship skills.

A Master's degree in computer science or Information Technology is preferred.
