Key Role:

A Franchise Manager is required to spearhead the franchise network expansion and partner success.

Job Summary:

This role entails leading the growth strategy, identifying and acquiring new partners, and guiding them through site selection, feasibility evaluation, agreements, training, and store launch.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through effective networking skills in UP, UA, and NCR markets.

• Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals with potential franchisees.

• Ensure new outlets meet sales targets and maintain strong unit economics by closely monitoring performance and providing guidance as needed.

• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity in F&B retail, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in franchise sales or retail business development, preferably in F&B or QSR.

• A track record of hitting or exceeding sales KPIs, with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

• Strong understanding of location economics, P&L basics, and franchise models.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
