Insurance Business Analyst

At a prominent insurance organization, we are seeking an astute Insurance Business Analyst to assume a strategic role in driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the insurance domain, process mapping, and business analysis. They will collaborate with stakeholders across underwriting, claims, policy servicing, and IT to gather and document business requirements.

  • Develop detailed as-is and to-be process maps using tools like Visio or Lucidchart to visualize workflows and identify inefficiencies.
  • Define and document data flows between systems, ensuring alignment with business rules and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify gaps between current and desired states and propose actionable solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and user stories to support development and testing teams.
  • Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking to ensure solutions meet business needs.
