We at Medvarsity are seeking a highly experienced Sales Team Lead to spearhead our EdTech sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EdTech sales and be able to drive revenue growth through effective lead generation and conversion.


The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, managing and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement sales strategies tailored to EdTech, aligning with market trends and company objectives.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue through effective lead generation, conversion, and strategic client relationship management.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting goals, providing feedback, and developing skill enhancement programs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities, assess competitive landscape, and improve positioning strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and content teams to create tailored solutions and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements:



  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in sales, with a proven track record in the EdTech industry, preferably focused on online education or digital learning platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong knowledge of sales techniques, including B2B and B2C sales strategies within EdTech.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring sales teams, with a focus on goal setting and performance optimization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
