Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic sales and marketing professional to drive admissions and revenue growth for our educational institution.

  • Develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive student admissions.
  • Identify, approach, and convert prospective students and parents through consultative selling techniques.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Organize events and seminars to promote the institution and foster engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Manage accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions to optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector, with a minimum of 2 years' tenure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence decision-making.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is an asset.
