About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing candidate communications, ensuring the accuracy of candidate-provided documents, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Candidate Communications

    You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via email or chat.

  • Document Verification

    You will review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating clearly if additional information is required.

  • Candidate Education

    You will educate candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand the requirements.

  • Documentation and Feedback

    You will document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.

  • Team Collaboration

    You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience.

  • Support Documentation

    You will create and maintain support documentation to streamline common and recurring questions.

  • Escalation Support

    You will assist Candidate Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information and informing internal teams of any escalated issues.

  • Level 1 Escalations

    You will handle level 1 escalations that require a solid understanding of our documentation and candidate support processes.
