Job Description

This senior role in the customer success vertical is responsible for operational excellence, project management, data analysis, and KPI improvement. The position will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and banks to ensure smooth operations processes, compliance, and continuous performance enhancement.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and addressing day-to-day operational issues, driving performance improvement through root cause analysis, and providing support to banks for operational queries and escalations.

Requirements
  • Strong technical and data analysis skills
  • Expertise in settlement, reconciliation, and dispute management
  • In-depth understanding of payment products (especially UPI and related systems)
  • Strong client relationship management capabilities
