Job Title

Associate/Sr Associate - Student Experience

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless and engaging experience for students and parents throughout their BrightChamps journey.

  • Address concerns and refund requests with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
    • Manage escalations across chat, call, and email channels to maintain a positive parent and student experience, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
      • Mentor students to ensure effective app usage and maximize learning outcomes, driving academic success and promoting student growth.
        • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Tech, and Academy teams to resolve customer issues within stipulated TAT, leveraging expertise and knowledge to drive results.
          • Take ownership of all customer-facing ad hoc requirements from internal teams, ensuring swift and effective execution of tasks and projects.

Requirements

  • Candidates with minimum to 1 year of experience in customer experience or support roles are encouraged to apply.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.
      • Empathetic, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, you will thrive in our dynamic and supportive team.
        • Ability to manage multiple channels (chat, email, calls) and collaborate with cross-functional teams, you will be an integral part of our operations.
