We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving business growth through tailored coaching sessions, upselling allied services, and client upgrades/renewals. Your primary focus will be on providing top-notch business coaching to MSME businesses across various industries, helping them achieve exponential growth through effective strategies.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Coaching:
  • Deliver high-impact coaching sessions to business owners, empowering them to build robust systems in marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
Upsell Services:
  • Evaluate clients' challenges and recommend relevant marketing and HR services to foster growth.
Client Growth:
  • Promote our advanced coaching programs through consultative selling techniques.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure renewals and referrals.
Pre-Sales Engagement:
  • Engage with Masterclass attendees, understanding their businesses and addressing their key concerns.
  • Drive attendance and participation in pre-Masterclass sessions to guarantee a seamless event experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales Expertise:
    • Demonstrate a proven track record in selling high-ticket products or services, preferably using consultative approaches.
    • Showcase strong one-on-one sales skills, with the ability to comprehend client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Coaching or Training Experience (Preferred):
    • Prior experience in delivering coaching or training sessions to business owners is highly valued.
    • Display knowledge of MSME business challenges across diverse industries.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
    • Effectively manage nurturing campaigns and drive client engagement.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with MSME businesses and industries such as manufacturing, services, retail, and more.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Exhibit high organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
