The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the entire recruitment process for OpsMaven, providing coaching and guidance to the TA team to attract top talent across geographically dispersed client locations. This involves setting hiring targets based on business plans defined by clients, reviewing the hiring progress in a timely manner, publishing regular reports to clients, conducting client connect calls, and developing effective recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience as an HR TA Lead/Manager or similar role, possessing excellent analytical and decision-making skills, strong team management abilities, exceptional communication skills, and robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Preferred qualifications include outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, and international recruitment experience.

Minimum qualifications include experience in Human Resources, 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources Management, knowledge of various HRMS tools, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a lead/manager role, and an MBA/PGDM in HRD/HRM from a reputable university.
