Business Growth Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Executive to drive sales, order booking, and AR targets for our region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving quarterly and product-wise Annual Business Plan (ABP) targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and order booking growth by understanding client requirements and developing competitive proposals.
  • Manage inquiries, including tender/inquiry evaluation, to identify new business opportunities.
  • Track and report on sales and marketing activities periodically to inform business decisions.
  • Map the market and stay ahead of competitors through continuous analysis and adaptation.
  • Engage in techno-commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and OEMs to secure business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets and business plans.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking sales activities and market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills for successful business outcomes.
