Data Scientist Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish key metrics for ranking, interview analytics, and payouts systems.
  • Design/run experiments, translating results into product decisions within the same week.
  • Create dashboards and lightweight data models for self-served answers by teams.
  • Instrument events with engineers to improve data quality and latency from ingestion to insight.
  • Prototype quick models to enhance matching and scoring.
  • Assist in evaluating LLM-powered agents: design rubrics, human-in-the-loop studies, and guardrail canaries.
Requirements:
  • 0–2 years of experience in data science/analytics or similar; BS/BA in a quantitative field (or equivalent work).
  • Strong SQL skills; Python proficiency for analysis; comfort with experiment design and causal thinking.
  • Effective communication with engineers, PMs, and leadership; translate analysis into actionable insights.
  • Nice-to-haves: dbt, dashboarding, marketplace or search/recommendation metrics, LLM/agent evaluation.
