Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data & AI Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs on the Data and AI stack. This role will focus on upskilling technical teams and business users on various components including Data, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Visualization.

The trainer will create engaging learning content, hands-on labs, and workshops to enable participants to effectively build and deploy data-driven and AI-powered solutions using Azure technologies.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and deliver interactive training sessions and workshops on Data Science tools, Machine Learning, AI services, Data Engineering components, and Visualization tools.

· Create curricula, learning paths, and training materials including presentations, exercises, and practical labs aligned with industry best practices.

· Stay updated with the latest Azure Data & AI services and open-source data science technologies to ensure training content is current and relevant.

· Customize training programs based on audience profiles, from data engineers and data scientists to business analysts and decision-makers.

· Mentor and guide learners in hands-on practice of AI model development, data pipeline design, and dashboard/report creation.

· Assess learning outcomes through quizzes, projects, and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve training quality.

· Collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Mandatory Skills:

o Strong hands-on experience with the Data & AI stack including:

Open-source data science tools: Python, R, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch

· Optional Skills:

o Visualization: Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Tableau

· Proven experience delivering technical training or workshops in data engineering, AI, or data science domains.

· Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable modules for diverse skill levels.

· Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, DataOps, and modern AI model lifecycle management practices.

· Experience preparing learners for Microsoft Azure certifications is preferred.

· Educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field.

Soft Skills

· Malayalam and English Communication skills are mandatory.

· Adaptability in customizing training to different audiences and learning styles
