AI Model Developer Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML engineer to join our global team and contribute to impactful large-scale AI solutions. As an AI model developer, you will design and develop custom machine learning models for business-specific problems, build and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and train custom machine learning and deep learning models using Python and frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Build and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
  • Ensure high-performance, scalable, and production-ready deployment using MLOps practices.
  • Optimize models with advanced techniques like hyperparameter tuning and distributed training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
  • Proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines using Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, and Prefect.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML platforms like AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, and GCP Vertex AI.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
