Job Title: Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation Conduct workshops, interviews, and research to capture functional, technical, and business requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a bridge between product managers, engineers, UI/UX designers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders.
- AI-Aware Product Thinking Leverage understanding of AI capabilities (chatbots, automation, predictive analytics) to identify opportunities for intelligent features.
- Problem Solving & Gap Analysis – Identify process inefficiencies, product risks, and propose scalable, technology-driven solutions.
- Product Lifecycle Support – Assist in roadmap planning, sprint refinement, and post-release analysis to ensure features meet business objectives.
- User Story Creation – Develop clear, detailed user stories with acceptance criteria to support development teams.
- Testing & Validation – Support QA and UAT processes by validating features against requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership within SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an end-to-end product flow perspective.
- Exposure to AI-driven solutions or automation workflows (preferred).
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and data visualization platforms.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
