AI Driven Systems Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced AI driven Systems Analyst to join our global team. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, AI technologies, and large language models (LLMs).

  • Gathering Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for ERP web and mobile app modules, including AI integration.
  • Gap Analysis: Conduct gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
  • Requirements Definition: Define and document requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
  • Integration: Work with AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of AI features.

Responsibilities also include creating screen layouts using design software, developing comprehensive testing plans, and participating in Agile ceremonies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with global teams, specifically with personnel based in the United States, and will demonstrate the ability to work effectively during US East Coast business hours.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating screen layouts and testing plans for ERP applications.
  • Foundational understanding of AI technologies and their applications in ERP systems.
  • Experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation and optimization.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or design tools like Sketch/Figma.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and their modular structures.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
