Quality Assurance Expert Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA expert to contribute to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in test automation using UiPath, including data-driven testing, integration with ALM tools, mock testing, activity coverage, and continuous testing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining automation scripts to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. This includes identifying areas for automation, writing and testing scripts, and ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.

Test Development and Execution

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications. They will perform both manual and automated testing, including functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

The candidate will document detailed defects and bugs, monitor their resolution, and perform post-resolution testing. They will collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of Salesforce applications and emphasize QA and UAT testing within the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will continuously improve automated tests as product features and enhancements are developed and have experience in the design and implementation of CI/CD pipeline processes, automated build, and test systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain automation scripts to streamline processes
  • Develop test strategies, test cases, traceability matrices, test coverage metrics, etc.
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans and cases
  • Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Document detailed defects and bugs and monitor their resolution
  • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of Salesforce applications
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce QA testing experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation Framework, especially using RPA UiPath Test Automation tool
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture components - Sales, Service, Marketing, OMS, CPQ clouds
  • Experience in agile/scrum development methodology
  • Experience in web application automation
  • Knowledge of template and components creation, site structure, workflows, and API integrations
