Advanced Variable Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned financial analyst to join our team and utilize their expertise in designing and implementing logic within our Xactly platform.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will possess subject matter expertise in the effective design and solutioning of logic within our Xactly platform.
- Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving existing items, providing a level of effort to resolve future enhancements, and supporting all change management related duties to development work being deployed across environments.
- Identify patterns across commission-related inquiries to drive enhancement and updates in Xactly to improve data accuracy and user experience.
- Design, configure, and test system changes identified by both the sales design and compensation team.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to model code that will drive project results.
- Basic Qualifications: 7 years of experience in variable compensation administration, demonstrated ability to retrieve and manipulate large and complex data sets from internal systems.
- Other Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or other Business-related field preferred.
