Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst, Sales Compensation Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in variable compensation administration, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the day-to-day activities for the variable compensation and revenue operations teams, including global monthly commission payouts, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Provide timely resolution for commission-related inquiries from comp plan participants, including system access issues, transaction disputes, credits, and payment calculations.
  • Assist with the monthly close activities, such as financial statement accruals, payroll, and internal controls documentation.
  • Perform research related to revenue and compensation data validations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve sales order-related issues and find opportunities for process improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of written process documents and ensure fair practices in compensation management.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 7 years of experience in variable compensation administration, preferably in a finance or revenue operations environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to retrieve and manipulate large and complex data sets from internal systems.
  • 3+ years of experience using Salesforce and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Strong communication and customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to drive initiatives and projects with management.
