As a seasoned Variable Compensation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our Sales Finance IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and fast-paced group, supporting both Sales and Customer Experience (CX) compensation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business partnering skills, be a self-starter, great communicator, and enjoy collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

  • Design and implement effective logic within our Xactly platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve existing issues, providing a high level of effort to resolve future enhancements.
  • Support change management duties for development work deployed across environments.
  • Recognize patterns across commission-related inquiries to drive enhancement and updates in Xactly, improving data accuracy and user experience.
  • Configure and test system changes identified by the sales design and compensation team.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to model code driving project results.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn about tools and systems, building on existing knowledge.
  • Emphasize completeness and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Develop and maintain reports advising business partners in Sales, Strategy, and Finance.
  • Identify and escalate system and process gaps requiring additional review or management support.
  • Able to see the bigger picture and solve root causes.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in variable compensation administration.
  • Ability to retrieve and manipulate large and complex data sets from internal systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience using Salesforce.
  • At least 2 years of experience using Snowflake.
  • Experience with SQL or Python scripting.
  • Proficiency in performing SDLC life cycle elements.

Other Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
  • Previous experience with ICM tools Xactly and Varicent desired.
  • Software and/or internet industry experience is beneficial.
  • Xactly and Varicent commission system experience is highly valued.
  • Global process management and multiple project handling skills are essential.
  • Advanced Excel skills, proficient in building models and tools.
  • Strong communication and customer satisfaction skills, able to drive initiatives and projects with management.
  • Adaptability to rapid business and organizational changes in a high-growth environment.
