About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Learning & Development professional to join our team.

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with business objectives, patient care standards, and industry trends.
  • Establish structured learning roadmaps for different employee levels, including frontline staff, support staff, and leadership teams.
  • Design and deliver behavioral, and leadership training programs for employees across all levels.
  • Implement onboarding behavioral training programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs for departmental heads, and high-potential employees.
  • Facilitate executive coaching programs for emerging and existing leaders across the network
  • Establish training assessment metrics and conduct post-training evaluations to measure impact.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve program effectiveness.
  • Analyze training ROI and business impact to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Recommend development interventions for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership team to drive learning initiatives.
  • Lead change management initiatives to promote a learning-focused organizational culture.

 

Requirements:

Graduation/post-graduation in any discipline.

Minimum 12 years of experience in a service-related industry (aviation and hotels preferred).

Contribution or management of end-to-end Learning and Development function.
