As a key contributor to our eLearning team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are met.

Job Responsibilities
  • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, focusing on maximum usability.
  • Verify the accuracy and quality of eLearning courses regarding audio, visuals, interactivities, browser compatibility, player menu items, and LMS testing.

You will be responsible for checking that graphics adhere to industry standards, on-screen text is formatted correctly, and visuals fade in/out synchronously with the audio. Additionally, you'll need to ensure that activities function as described in the storyboard, feedback functions properly, and click-to-reveal items operate correctly.

Browsers:

  • Test the course in various browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome.

Player Menu Items:

  • Confirm all player menu items operate as desired, including glossary, search, seek bar, volume control, etc.

LMS Testing:

  • Ensure the course uploads to the Learning Management System (LMS) without errors.
  • Verify the course can be assigned to test users.
  • Confirm the course appears in the test user account as 'not started' or equivalent.
  • Start and close the course; confirm the LMS displays the course as 'in progress' or equivalent.
  • Restart the course and confirm it returns to the page last visited (bookmark).
  • Fails the course (if applicable) and verify the LMS recorded this appropriately.
  • Pass the course and verify the LMS shows the course as complete (or equivalent).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience.
