Job Summary:

The Technical Learning Specialist will develop internal learning programs on the Business Process Management team. This role will positively impact the department by collaborating with management, product managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop training content and deliver a high-quality training experience.
  • Design, develop, facilitate, execute, and measure technical learning programs that support business strategies.
  • Training delivery methods include WebEx webinars, Teams, classroom facilitation, virtual learning, and eLearning using Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
  • Audit program effectiveness using relevant metrics, correlate metrics with learning objectives, and report trends to improve quality.
  • Research and implement competitive learning methodologies, delivery methods, and technologies to boost adult learning engagement and retention.
Required Skills:
  • Instructional design and adult learning skills
  • Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Articulate 360, Salesforce (Service Cloud), Webex, Camtasia, and/or SharePoint

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and consistent follow-through. A thirst for learning new technical systems and ability to analyze reports and documentation are also essential.
