Change Management Consultant Job Description

As a change management consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects or change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by driving employee adoption and usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
  • Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into their project plans.
  • Apply structured methodologies and lead change management activities.
  • Support communication efforts, including the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
  • Assess change impact and conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.

Requirements:

  • 5-14 plus years relevant experience.
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR.
  • Techno-commercial knowledge.
  • Change Management certification (Prosci) is good to have.
  • Consulting experience in Change Management is a must.
  • Supply Chain/S4 Hana experience is an added advantage.
