Organizational Change Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management professional to support strategic business transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that drive effective adoption of new systems, processes, and cultural shifts across the organization.

This role requires close collaboration with leadership, project managers, and stakeholders to minimize resistance, enhance engagement, and ensure sustainable change outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
