Project Manager Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of e-learning content projects globally. Your role will involve managing complex situations with a positive mindset and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key qualifications include detail-oriented individuals with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of translating business objectives into actionable plans. Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, and adaptability are essential.

Experience in the e-learning/EdTech industry is crucial, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will be able to work within virtual teams, manage key project metrics, and oversee budgets and scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage global alumni e-learning content projects from planning to execution and delivery.
  • Prepare project maps, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies.
  • Serve as primary contact for client interactions, ensuring transparent communication and updates.
  • Develop project management templates and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee key project metrics—effort, timeline, and quality—and monitor deliverables.
  • Cordinate closely with cross-functional teams for seamless execution and alignment.
  • Review deliverables to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
  • Provide strategic and technical inputs to meet evolving customer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle complex situations positively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
