We are seeking a strategic learning professional to lead the design and delivery of impactful training initiatives across the organization.

This role requires a proactive and driven individual who can drive continuous improvement, analyze data, and create actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and create tailored learning solutions that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
  • Facilitate interactive classroom sessions and virtual instructor-led training for employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, functional leaders, and HR Business Partners to co-create innovative learning solutions.
  • Develop high-quality learning content, deliver interventions, and evaluate impact through data-driven metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement in learning programs.
  • Manage administrative tasks to support seamless delivery of training solutions.
  • Apply continuous improvement practices to enhance learning effectiveness and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs.
  • Strong facilitation skills in both physical and virtual environments.
  • Knowledge of performance management and competency frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and consulting skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
