Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned copywriter to develop and implement storytelling strategies that drive revenue and elevate our brand's presence globally.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling headlines, persuasive long-form content, and social media posts while building and mentoring a team of creatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hands-on writing: producing sharp headlines, engaging long-form content, and social media copy with flawless grammar.
  • Creative leadership: guiding and inspiring a multidisciplinary team of copywriters, designers, and editors producing high-impact assets for global markets.
  • Campaign development: originating campaign platforms, product launches, and brand stories that engage audiences, drive revenue, and elevate our brand on the world stage.
  • AI-integrated workflows: deploying AI tools for ideation, rapid iteration, and performance insights while safeguarding creative thinking, brand voice, and originality.
  • Data-driven refinement: translating performance metrics into creative improvements; coaching the team to test, learn, and optimize relentlessly.

Talent acquisition: identifying and managing external freelancers or studios when specialized skills are required.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years in copywriting, advertising, or content marketing and 3 years leading creative teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing brand storytelling with measurable performance results—please include links.
  • Native-level English command and an editorial eye that catches typos.
  • Proven track record of integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) into creative processes without sacrificing human nuance.
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, or ecommerce is a plus—but excellence in any consumer category counts.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent real-world experience.
