Talent Acquisition Expert for Leadership Roles

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the hiring process for leadership roles within our organization.
About the Role:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in executive search firm environment.
- Sources candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals for domestic and US market roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications for Non-Tech leadership positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Facilitate the interview process, gather feedback from interviewers, and communicate updates to candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers with candidates, adhering to company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep candidate records updated for efficient recruitment processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, such as MBA.
- 5-6 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting, preferably in high-growth startup or recruitment firm environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across various levels and functions, including leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, with experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
