Technical Support Role

  • We are seeking an experienced technical support engineer to provide high-quality service to our customers and partners.
  • You will be responsible for escalating issues from front-line teams, configuring and troubleshooting network solutions, and managing support cases.
  • Your expertise in remote access VPNs, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, authentication protocols, and security services will be essential in resolving complex technical issues.
  • You will also work closely with engineering teams on bug fixing and product development.
  • In addition, you will lead case swarming and training sessions for frontline teams, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Key Qualifications:

  • More than 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical support roles.
  • Expertise in firewall central management systems, Windows, Linux, and MAC OS.
  • Experience working with Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper (Netscreen), and Fortinet products.
  • Strong ability to independently debug broad, complex networks with mixed media and protocols.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shift times, including weekends and evenings.
