As a Channel Operations Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of cybersecurity by providing exceptional support to our NextWave partner program.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive operational assistance to the NextWave partner program, encompassing request management, exception handling, deal registration, and data updates.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Global Ecosystem Operations team and cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales Operations, Data Governance, and IT.
  • Lead and contribute to the development, implementation, and enablement of business process improvements.
  • Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
Key Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in managing high-volume cases using email-based ticketing systems or similar.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with G-suite, ServiceNow, and SFDC, as well as data governance and hygiene activities.
