  4. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  5. Define and maintain agent roles according to business requirements.
  6. Periodically audit agent permissions and ensure access is appropriate.
  7. Manage agent onboarding, role reassignment, and deactivation.
  8. Maintain data integrity by employing defined processes and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

You must have 3+ years of experience as a Zendesk System Administrator, preferably with expertise in Zendesk Suite apps. Additional qualifications include:

  • Experience working in multi-brand enabled environments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver.
  • Strong team player able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver timely, accurate results.
