Support Operations Specialist

We seek a Support Operations Specialist to play a vital role in our organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes initiative, adapts easily, and strives to bring order to chaos while enabling others to excel.

  • Employee Onboarding: Assist with preparing offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences.
  • HRIS Management: Support maintaining accurate data on various systems.
  • Employee Exit: Help with offboarding formalities and collecting feedback.
  • Policy Support: Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating People policies.
  • Event & Engagement: Coordinate events and ensure culture is lived, not just written.
  • Compliance & Admin: Assist in documentation and maintaining records.
  • Pulse Checks: Collect and summarize employee feedback.

Bonus points for hands-on experience in logistics or admin coordination, strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills, or interest in People operations or business administration.

During your first 3 months, you will learn systems, shadow onboarding tasks, own data accuracy, vendor coordination, and support events, before running onboarding end-to-end and managing ops independently.
