Job Title:

Reward Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver operational excellence in reward processes including job architecture, salary ranges, market profiles, benefits administration oversight, and incentive scheme governance.
  • Provide second-line support for day-to-day queries (first-level resolution handled by Analysts and Retail Incentive Specialist).
  • Oversee cyclical reward activities such as Total Governance of Benefits System and Annual Compensation Review to ensure timely delivery against quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Payroll teams globally to ensure benefit processes are accurate and compliant, providing managerial backup for UK benefits governance.
  • Mentor and develop Reward Analysts to enhance team capability and resilience.
  • Lead ad-hoc reward projects ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization of reward operations across markets.
  • Ensure strong compliance with legal, tax, and data protection requirements in all reward processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Substantial experience in Reward/Compensation & Benefits operations within a complex, multi-country organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing analysts/specialists.
  • Advanced Workday capability desirable, particularly in reporting and compensation modules.
  • Proven ability to manage cyclical reward processes under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel/modeling capabilities.
  • Adept communication skills with influence at senior levels and effective escalation management.
