The role involves working with our team to deliver compensation and benefits solutions for clients. This includes designing compensation structures, managing annual pay reviews, and aligning with statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation roles and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Job evaluation and leveling

The job requires 3+ years of experience in a compensation role, preferably with a mix of consulting and field experience. A university degree in HR is preferred, along with relevant certifications from recognized professional bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement compensation and benefits structures

Manage annual pay review and bonus processes

Align with statutory compliance and market benchmarking

Conduct job evaluations and leveling

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Provide expert advice on total rewards design principles and their application

Engage with and onboard benefits vendors

Present complex data and insights to clients and stakeholders

Work collaboratively with the People, Organization, and Culture team to deliver high-quality solutions

Identify problems and recommend solutions to achieve desired organizational goals

Exhibit attention to detail and analytical ability to derive key insights efficiently and accurately

Maintain confidentiality of client and company data

Act in an honest and trustworthy manner in all interactions

Uphold high integrity environment and ensure company policies reflect this

Excellent listening and problem-solving skills

Ability to improvise and foresee multiple solutions
