Job Description:

This is a senior role that requires expertise in compensation strategy and design, benefits administration, performance and rewards, policy and compliance, analytics and reporting, employee engagement and communication, and special projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing compensation structures, conducting benchmarking and market analysis, designing and managing employee benefits programs, driving annual compensation review cycles, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies, creating dashboards and reports on compensation and workforce cost analysis, and communicating reward policies and benefits to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Compensation Strategy & Design: Develop, implement, and manage compensation structures aligned with business objectives and market competitiveness.
  2. Benchmarking & Market Analysis: Conduct benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  3. Benefits Administration: Design and manage employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement, wellness, etc.).
  4. Performance & Rewards: Drive annual compensation review cycles (increments, promotions, and bonus payouts).
  5. Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and company policies.
  6. Analytics & Reporting: Create dashboards, reports, and insights on compensation, benefits utilization, and workforce cost analysis.
  7. Employee Engagement & Communication: Communicate reward policies, benefits, and compensation philosophy effectively to employees.
  8. Special Projects: Support M&A integration, organization restructuring, and mobility programs from a rewards perspective.
