Job Title: Senior Manager - Operations and Sustainability Solutions

The cornerstone of any organization is seamless execution, which helps in retaining and acquiring new clientele.

We seek a Senior Manager who can support the team in ensuring timely compliance with rules on behalf of brands required to fulfill their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) targets for plastic and e-waste.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance of brands with existing regulations.
  • Standardize formats according to government, brand, or requirements.
  • Document collections and verification as per commitment given to brands.
  • Proactively follow up with key brands and stakeholders associated with our organization.
  • Maintain attention to detail, especially in compliance-related documentation.
  • Manage multiple teams on-field and off-field.
  • Increase team efficiency by building optimized processes of completion.
  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
  • Pursue strategic and operational objectives.
  • Ensure operational activities are on time and within defined parameters.
  • Track staffing requirements and hire new employees as needed.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve implementation processes.
  • Collaborate with legal and safety departments to ensure compliance.
