Job Description

The Associate Manager role is a pivotal position in our organization, responsible for overseeing the execution of IT service projects and managing project-based teams. This individual will lead by example, fostering a high-performance culture that drives efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery Management: Lead the successful delivery of IT service projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • SLA and KPI Management: Ensure all projects meet contractual SLA obligations and internal performance standards.
