Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Customer Insights Manager to drive business growth through strategic decision-making.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will support the preparation of high-quality market research and manage the MR project portfolio in collaboration with our US team.
  • This role involves managing processes such as RFP development, screeners, questionnaires, SOW submission, contracting, pharmacovigilance, compliance, and overall project management for both quantitative and qualitative projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare best-in-class customer insight analyses to enable strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Assist in developing situation analyses and improve key Market Research processes in the department.
  • Partner with MR agencies to review data, findings, and insights to create meaningful study reports and conclusions.
  • Ensure efficiency and drive optimization of US market research project execution and ensure compliance on all aspects.
  • Establish and maintain business partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Gather and distill research reports into comprehensive insights stories for presentation to brand teams, US, and global leadership.
  • Develop presentations with clear storylines, grounded on insights and holistic business concepts, delivering clear conclusions and recommendations.
