The position

As a Market Research Manager at Novo Nordisk, we expect you to work between 2:00PM IST to 10:30PM IST

Market Research Management: Support and drive the preparation of high-quality market research and manage the MR project portfolio in collaboration with the US Insights and Analytics team

Project Management: Handle processes such as RFP development, review and management of screeners, questionnaires, SOW submission, contracting, Pharmacovigilance, compliance, and overall project management for both quantitative and qualitative projects

Customer Insight Analyses: Prepare best-in-class customer insight analyses to enable strategic and operational decision-making

Internal Collaboration: Assist in developing situation analyses and improve key Market Research processes in the department

Agency Partnership: Partner with MR agencies to review data, findings, and insights to create meaningful study reports and conclusions

Efficiency and Compliance: Ensure efficiency and drive optimization of US market research project execution and ensure compliance on all aspects

Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain business partnerships with key stakeholders

Insight Storytelling: Gather and distill research reports into comprehensive insights stories for presentation to brand teams, US, and global leadership

Presentation Development: Develop presentations with clear storylines, grounded on insights and holistic business concepts, delivering clear conclusions and recommendations

Qualifications

To be our new Market Research Manager, you should have:

Education: Masters degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy, engineering, natural sciences, etc Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in a market research function or as a management consultant in a client-facing capacity, with mandatory experience within the pharmaceutical industry

International Experience: Required, either from working abroad or in close collaboration with colleagues based in different geographies

Skills: Demonstrated experience delivering strategic insights, identifying growth opportunities, solving complex problems, and driving decision-making using qualitative and quantitative insights

Project and Stakeholder Management: Strong track record in a cross-functional setting

Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of research designs, companies, and practices that drive best-in-class results

Communication: Significant experience in professionally communicating scientific, medical, and commercial information to various organizational levels is an advantage

About The Department

The Commercial GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial GBS

This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations

The department also supports BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders
