About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our customer insights initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex projects, delivering high-quality results, and driving strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage market research project portfolios in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and manage RFPs, review and manage screeners, questionnaires, SOW submissions, contracting, compliance, and overall project management for both quantitative and qualitative projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive customer insight analyses to inform strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Assist in developing situation analyses and improving key market research processes within the department.
  • Partner with external agencies to review data, findings, and insights to create meaningful study reports and conclusions.
  • Evaluate efficiency and ensure optimization of market research project execution and compliance on all aspects.
  • Establish and maintain business partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Gather and distill research reports into actionable insights for presentation to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in a relevant field such as business, life sciences, pharmacy, engineering, or natural sciences.
  • 7+ years of experience in a market research function or as a management consultant with mandatory experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • International experience is required, either from working abroad or collaborating with colleagues in different geographies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering strategic insights, identifying growth opportunities, solving complex problems, and driving decision-making using qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Strong track record in a cross-functional setting.
  • Deep knowledge of research designs, companies, and practices that drive best-in-class results.
  • Significant experience in professionally communicating scientific, medical, and commercial information to various organizational levels is an advantage.
