Job Title: Data Insights Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled data insights strategist to help us optimize our analytics tracking across multiple client websites and campaigns.

About the Role:
  • Implement and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) across client websites, configuring custom events, conversions, and enhanced measurement tracking as needed.
  • Develop and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers for multiple clients, deploying and testing tags, triggers, and variables for Google Ads and other marketing platforms.
  • Debug, audit, and troubleshoot tracking issues across different environments, ensuring accurate data flow between GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Search Console, and CRM/marketing platforms.
Data Integration & Reporting:
  • Build custom reports and dashboards in Looker Studio/Google Data Studio to deliver actionable insights to clients.
  • Automate reporting processes for client campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Google Analytics (Universal & GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong technical skills in JavaScript, data layers, regex, and event-based tracking.
  • Experience with conversion tracking for Google Ads and Meta.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools integration.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
