Job Title: Business Insight Strategist

About this role: As a highly motivated and self-driven Business Insight Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our business strategies and driving growth and success.

We are seeking a skilled professional with 2-4 years of experience in a B2C/D2C product startup to generate data-driven insights, analyse complex datasets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop actionable recommendations based on data analysis to inform business strategies.
  • Partner with product managers, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on goals and seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency across customer-facing processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate and excel in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience working with Agile methodologies and technical tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
