Job Title: Data Insights Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of digital tools, customer behavior, and operational performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track tool effectiveness, utilization, and impact on Above-Wing and Below-Wing operations.
  • Data Sourcing & Validation: Identify and validate data sources required for creating dashboards and tracking tools and technologies.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and analyze A/B tests to assess the impact of new tool features and optimizations on operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Data Modeling & Visualization: Analyze and visualize key operational data using SQL, Python, R, or business intelligence tools such as Power BI, SAS, Hyperion, and Qualtrics.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with leaders, product owners, IT, and business units to provide data-driven recommendations for product enhancements.
  • Tactical & Strategic Support: Assist with research and implementation of performance metrics to support agents and customers.
  • Data Governance & Quality: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by collaborating with data engineering teams.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a related field, preferably in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.
  • Strong experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • A/B testing and statistical analysis expertise.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies AWS, S3, Redshift, Teradata.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with project management.
  • Understanding of ACS operations, product development, revenue management, and customer experience.
