Market Intelligence Specialist Position

This role focuses on providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

The Market Intelligence Specialist plays a critical part in leveraging data-driven research and analysis to support product marketing, executive decision-making, and business strategy development.

The position involves conducting thorough market research, analyzing competitor strategies, and synthesizing findings into practical recommendations that inform company-wide initiatives.

  • Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research to identify industry trends, competitor and customer insights, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors through webinars and earnings calls, covering products, pricing, market positioning, and financials.
  • Engage in primary and secondary research, such as interviews or surveys, to develop customer and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure market intelligence informs company strategies.
  • Provide insights for go-to-market strategies and competitive campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in market research at a managerial level, preferably in B2B software companies.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proficiency in Tableau.
  • Experience with market databases, survey tools, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent PowerPoint creation and delivery skills.
  • Ability to develop engaging presentations and collateral.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
