Senior Financial Strategist

As a Senior Financial Strategist, you will partner with senior leadership to shape the company's financial strategy and enable informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to senior leadership for data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization.
  • Implement and enhance financial modeling, planning tools, and processes for greater efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.

A typical day involves reviewing key financial reports and dashboards, identifying trends and priority areas. You will lead team meetings, collaborate with department heads to guide strategic initiatives, and present insights to the executive team while driving continuous process improvements and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications
  • CA/MBA (Fin)
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments and, ideally, in manufacturing.
  • Strong record of driving process improvements in FP&A.
