Digital Solutions Consultant Management Associate Director

We are seeking a Digital Solutions Consultant Management Associate Director to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the digital technology and related services we build for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to ensure projects are executed well and deliver the engagement as promised.
- Work with clients and project managers to establish governance models.
- Act as a liaison to senior stakeholders, including clients, accounts, and practices.
- Ensure fulfillment of obligations in the Statement of Work (SOW) and ensure contracts are carried out correctly.
- Develop strategies to improve engagement, including the informal and formal Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Survey process.
- Manage CSAT responses and escalations.
- Prepare case studies and run the customer reference ability program.
- 10+ years' experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services.
- 5+ years of enterprise-level project or program management experience.
- 5+ years in a role utilizing technical and/or functional aptitude, and ability to engage with architects or SMEs in pre-sales activities.
- 5+ years in a role utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills, executive-level presence, and experience in working in a client advisory role.
- 5+ years in a role influencing a group audience, facilitating, and leading discussions.
