Job Title: Procurement and Compliance Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Compliance Manager to oversee the entire tender process, from preparation to submission. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with a focus on ensuring timely and accurate submission of tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the tender process, including filing and application of tenders
- Review all tender documents and supervise compilation of materials required for bids
- Ensure preparation of pre-qualification bids with standard company information
- Monitor bid management to ensure alignment with organizational requirements
- Detailed reading and understanding of tenders and related documents
- Ability to understand financial statements
- Financial reporting and analysis, including reviewing tender-wise profitability and cost reports
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls related to tender business
- Maintain accurate documentation for tax compliance, invoicing, and audit purposes
- Vendor registration/compliance for third-party vendors
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years' experience in Tender processing (Government, Semi-government, Corporations, Private). Key skills include knowledge and experience in Tender business, experience in using portals such as GeM and mahatender, well-versed with Financial tools and technology, well-versed with MS-Suite (preferred-MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), fluency in Marathi (mandatory) and English Communication (preferred), and attention to detail and the ability to work with strict deadlines.
